- Preparing accurate payroll calculations each time your employees need to be paid – weekly, fortnightly, monthly, yearly
- Calculating the correct net pay due, taking into account multiple payment and deduction headings and using the latest tax details available from Revenue
- Setting up new employees and processing leavers and dealing with day-to-day payroll queries
- Ensuring payroll submissions are made to revenue each time an employee is paid, in line with real time reporting requirements
- Providing comprehensive payroll reports and emailing PIN protected payslips to each employee
- Making bank transfers to employees if required, or generating a bulk transfer file for ease of payment
- Ensuring liabilities to Revenue are reported and paid by 23rd of each month
- Supported by our Tax Team, we can also provide additional advice and support in more specific aspects of payroll such as PAYE exclusion orders and SARP.
